The publishing house C. H. Beck has published a comprehensive reference book on Due Diligence in Germany under the title
Beck‘sches Mandatshandbuch Due Diligence, co-edited by Dr. Beisel and our partner Friedhold E. Andreas and written by in total 17 authors. |
| The book illustrates the various due diligence fields (including tax, financial and commercial due diligence), especially in order to give the transaction lawyer an overview of the legal and other fields of activity and to enable him to coordinate the work and further process all results. Although the book is written in the German language, it includes a comprehensive checklist in English. |
